Kasia Kopacz

Head of Operations

As Head of Operations, Kasia manages all day to day operations at PBS Workspace’s locations across the Channel Islands.

With more than ten years’ experience in property management including five years in a senior position in a serviced office environment, Kasia’s focus is to consistently deliver the very highest standard of service and set the bench mark across the Islands.

Kasia is also responsible for staff training and development, her professionalism in all areas has been recognised by the National Business Centre Association, she led her team to success at the 2016 Business Centre Association awards against strong competition from leading business centres across the UK including central London.

She also works closely with the IT team, as we continually strive to stay at the forefront of technology.

Kasia speaks fluent English and Polish, he enjoys health lifestyle, sports and fitness.

Inga Murniece

Reception

Inga has worked in administration, accounting and client service environments for the past seven years. Based at de Carteret House, Castle Street, Inga is the first point of contact for all clients and visitors.

As well as being on the front desk at reception, she also assists with the set-up of client offices, meeting rooms and conference facilities and is on hand to respond to client requests.

Consistently striving to provide the highest standards of customer care, she supports clients with bookkeeping and light accountancy tasks and is currently working towards her International Association of Bookkeepers, Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping.

Inga moved from Latvia to Jersey seven years ago and is fluent in Latvian, English and Russian. Away from the office, she enjoys playing tennis and walking her dog.

Sarah Moorhouse

Reception

Sarah has a strong background in customer care and building client relationships, having worked in client facing roles for the past eight years. Sarah has direct contact with PBS Workspace clients and customers from the initial greeting at Reception, to assisting with the set up of offices and ensuring clients receive a consistent, high level of service.

Sarah’s other responsibilities include working alongside Marta to respond to and channel all incoming calls from our central phone system. Sarah joined the PBS Group in 2015 and having trained in media production, she also regularly supports PBS Broadcast with presenting and production. 

Sarah enjoys playing netball and her proudest moment is completing the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.

Marta Moniz

Reception

Marta has a strong background in customer care. She has worked in a customer service environment for eight years.

Marta works on the front desk and is in regular contact with all of our clients ensuring they are provided with a professional, efficient and friendly service, at all times.

Organised and pro-active, she thrives in a busy working environment. She is passionate about doing all she can to meet the needs of our clients and continues to develop strong and lasting customer relationships.


Marta speaks both English and Portuguese and enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Sylvie Le Bihan

Group Marketing Manager

Sylvie has worked within the marketing and communications industry for the past 25 years and joined the PBS Group as Group Marketing Manager in 2013.

She has also worked for print and sign manufacturing companies, giving her a hands-on understanding of the industry. Sylvie is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the PBS Group brand and marketing strategy across all divisions of the business.

Sylvie has developed all the Group websites and has led the expansion of the group offices and showrooms as our presence grows across key locations around the Channel Islands.

Rick Perello

IT Director

Rick been part of the PBS success story for nearly 25 years, having started as a trainee engineer and progressing through the ranks to his current position as PBS Group IT Director and MD of our IT services company 'eDesk Ltd'. Rick has over 20 years’ experience in delivering a wide range of hardware and software solutions to our customers. Some of those customers Rick still works with today, demonstrating the value he places in building long term, mutually beneficial partnerships. 

Rick recognises the business requirements of our customers are constantly changing and by adapting and evolving with them, he is able to provide a strong and varied product knowledge. Ultimately, this allows Rick to utilise his experience to benefit new customers, ensuring the PBS Group provides them with the very best solution for their business.
