Sylvie Le Bihan

Head of Operations

Sylvie has worked within the marketing and communications industry for the past 25 years and joined the PBS Group as Group Marketing Manager in 2013.

She has also worked for print and sign manufacturing companies, giving her a hands-on understanding of the industry. Sylvie is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the PBS Group brand and marketing strategy across all divisions of the business.

Sylvie has developed all the Group websites and has led the expansion of the group offices and showrooms as our presence grows across key locations around the Channel Islands.


Sarah Moorhouse

Client Service

Sarah has a strong background in customer care and building client relationships, having worked in client facing roles for the past eight years.

Sarah has direct contact with PBS Workspace clients and her priority is to ensure PBS Workspace provides the highest standards of service. Her responsibilities include greeting new clients and assisting with the set up of their offices as well as the planning and production of regular networking events.

Sarah has been part of the PBS Group team for three years and having trained in media production, also regularly supports our Broadcast team with presenting and production.


Naomi Quenault

Client Service

Naomi joined the PBS Workspace team in January 2018 following a successful career in childcare in Jersey and the UK.

Naomi liaises directly with PBS Workspace clients and is the first point of contact for guests arriving at One Liberty Place, as well as answering all calls to the PBS Workspace switchboard. She also plays a key role in the set-up of offices for new clients and the planning and production of regular client networking events.

Naomi has a level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education and is enjoying the transition from education to the office environment.



Rick Perello

IT Director

Rick been part of the PBS success story for nearly 25 years, having started as a trainee engineer and progressing through the ranks to his current position as PBS Group IT Director and MD of our IT services company 'eDesk Ltd'. Rick has over 20 years’ experience in delivering a wide range of hardware and software solutions to our customers. Some of those customers Rick still works with today, demonstrating the value he places in building long term, mutually beneficial partnerships. 

Rick recognises the business requirements of our customers are constantly changing and by adapting and evolving with them, he is able to provide a strong and varied product knowledge. Ultimately, this allows Rick to utilise his experience to benefit new customers, ensuring the PBS Group provides them with the very best solution for their business.
